Vicente Monge
Partner at Posterus. Real Estate Entrepreneur (development and multifamily) in Chile since 2002 and since 2011 in the US w/ Continental Palisade participating in transaction totaling >$300m. More than 35 years in the financial industry including 27 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, serving as Managing Director, General Manager and the last 7 years as President of the bank in Chile and Director of Markets for Peru and Colombia. Director of the Association of Banks and Financial Institutions (2000 to 2013). Member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Finance (2010 to 2014). Board Member of several companies in the financial and energy sectors. Commercial Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile and with a PADE 2001 program from the ESE Business School of Universidad de los Andes.

Francisco Dopazo
Partner at Posterus Partners and partner at Humboldt Fund (biotech VC fund). He started his career in consulting with Latmedical. After his MBA, he spent 5 years at JPMorgan Asset Management were he directly managed multi- asset portfolios for Latin American investors (+$2bn AUM). Francisco later worked for real estate private equity firm Tishman Speyer and NY- based WeWork structuring commercial real estate transactions (>$500m). Francisco has an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Production Engineer degree from Universidad Metropolitana.

Rodrigo Torrealba
Rodrigo has worked in risk analysis and monitoring of projects in institutional Real Estate Investment Funds for companies such as Aetna, ING and Moneda Asset Management for more than 6 years. He has also been manager and director of different real estate agencies as well as directed real restate development investment funds. Rodrigo has also been involved in the administration of family offices and other types of projects. Rodrigo is a civil engineer and has advanced finance courses at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
