Vicente Monge
Partner at Posterus Partners. Real estate investor in development and multifamily, with a track record in Chile since 2002 and in the United States since 2011. He has over 45 years of experience in the financial sector, including 27 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he served as Managing Director and General Manager, and during his last seven years, as Chairman of the Bank in Chile and Head of Markets for Peru and Colombia. He was also a Director of the Chilean Association of Banks and Financial Institutions (2000–2013) and has served on the boards of companies across various sectors of the Chilean economy, including BiceVida, Bicecorp, and Banco Bice.

Francisco Dopazo
Partner at Posterus Partners and co-founder of Humboldt Fund (a biotech venture capital fund). After completing his MBA, he worked at JPMorgan Asset Management, directly managing multi-asset portfolios for Latin American investors, with over $2 billion in assets under management. He later joined New York-based real estate private equity firm Tishman Speyer, structuring commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $500 million. Francisco holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

José Gómez
Partner at Posterus, Jose is a real estate professional with expertise in asset management, portfolio management, development, and acquisitions. Jose has international experience in Latin America and the US. More recently, Jose led the asset management team at Tishman Speyer for the New York portfolio managing over 11 million sq ft of office and mixed use which included dispositions, acquisitions, refinancings over $4.5B. Jose has an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rodrigo Torrealba
Rodrigo has worked in risk analysis and project oversight for institutional real estate investment funds at companies such as Aetna, ING, and Moneda Asset Management for over six years. He has also served as manager and director of various real estate agencies and as director of real estate development investment funds. Rodrigo has experience managing family offices and other private projects. He is a civil engineer and has completed advanced finance courses at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ariel Nudman
Entrepreneur and Healthcare executive with over 8 years of experience acting as VP of Sales for Latin America, directly managing negotiations and M&A processes with relevant pharmaceutical actors in the region. Co-Founder of Alef Biotechnology, Chilean Biotech company sold to Tilray Inc. (TLRY) in 2018. Ariel has a Business degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Masters degree in Design and Innovation from the same university.
